Kemi Badenoch
Early Life
Even though she claims to be a “first-generation” Nigerian immigrant, Badenoch was born in London. She says that it was an accident and that her mother was only in London for a medical procedure.
Badenoch’s had a relatively privileged upbringing. Her mother was a University professor and her father was a GP.
Spent her childhood between Nigeria and the USA, where her mother lectured.
Education
Only evidence of Badenoch’s education is a college in the UK where she obtained A-levels.
No mention of her education in Nigeria or the USA, but there are claims that she was privately educated there.
Studied IT Engineering at the University of Sussex and then Law at Birkbeck College, London.

Pre-Politics
The job Badenoch talks about most often is when she worked at McDonalds.
She also worked both as Associate Director for Coutts (the bank the Royal Family use), and also The Spectator. No evidence anywhere of how she got into those jobs.
There is no available explanation how someone with both a computing and a law degree gained a senior position in banking then moved into journalism.

In 2008, Badenoch hacked Labour MP Harriet Harman's website to "say nice things about the Tories". This carries a jail term of up to five years, however the police took no action against Badenoch despite the fact she admitted on live TV.
Political Career
Became an MP in 2017.
In 2019 Badenoch was selected to become an Equalities Minister. During this time she faced a lot of controversies. One of which is when she supported a widely discredited Government report on racial inequality that stated there was “no evidence of institutional racism” in Britain. Another scandal emerged when leaked recordings revealed Badenoch had made transphobic comments.
In 2022, Badenoch ran to become Prime Minister after Boris Johnson resigned. In her launch speech, she said from her life in Nigeria she has "seen what happens when politicians are in it for themselves... using public money as their private piggy banks".

She also said in a debate “I know what it's like flipping burgers at 16, on minimum wage, and then watching my pay slip away to taxes.” which is a total nonsense for two reasons. First, the minimum wage did not exist when she was 16 (1996). Secondly, if she was working part-time, she would not have been earning enough to pay tax.

In 2024, Badenoch ran to become Conservative leader again. In an interview during this campaign she suggested that maternity pay was "excessive" had "gone too far", stating that "there was a time there wasn't any maternity pay and people were having more babies".
In the same leadership campaign, Badenoch stated that "Not all cultures [are] equally valid" when deciding who should be allowed immigrate and that certain groups have "ancestral ethnic hostilities" which have no place in the UK.
Anti-woke warrior
During the press tour for her leadership campaign, she put gender signs on single-stall toilets.
Badenoch seems to think that supporting those who experience illness related to the menopause is left wing.
